Vacuum 3D Letters

"Vacuum 3D letters" refer to three-dimensional letters or signage made via vacuum forming. In this manufacturing process, a plastic sheet (often made of acrylic or another thermoplastic material) is heated until it becomes pliable. After that, the heated sheet is stretched over a letter-shaped mould and vacuum-sealed onto the mold's surface. Three-dimensional letters are produced when the plastic cools and keeps its mould shape.
